Come and discover the campaign diary by artillery officer Hubert
Olyff. His personal notes tell the story of military operations such
as the German advance, fierce bombings and shelling by enemy aircraft. But he also recalls the particular atmosphere of those days in May, as well as the daily lives of the soldiers and of the population. As Bizuth, he embellished his diary with countless extremely realistic drawings and water-colours following the principles of clear-line drawing.
