 Pour remplir le formulaire d'adhésion aux Comités  internationaux vous pouvez :
 

• l'imprimer,  le remplir à la main et l'envoyer par courrier ou  fax à :
• Secrétariat de l'ICOM Maison de l'UNESCO - 1, rue  Miollis - 75732 Paris Cedex 15 - France Tel.: +33  (0)1 47 34 05 00 - Fax: +33 (0)1 43 06 78 62
• le  remplir directement à l'écran, le sauvegarder et  l'envoyer par courrier électronique comme pièce  jointe à: secretariat@icom.museum  
• envoyer une copie du formulaire au secrétariat de l'ICOMAM: secretary@icomam.icom.museum  (ceci n'est pas obligatoire mais très utiule pour notre secrétaire).
